Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) defines the terms under which Prestige Glow LLC (“Prestige Glow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides detailing services to you, the client (“Client”, “Customer,” or “you”). Acceptance of this Agreement is required when you book and use our services, and it signifies your agreement to these terms without modification.

1. Services Provided

 Prestige Glow will perform mobile auto detailing services as per the details specified in each Service Order, which is acknowledged and accepted by the Client at the time of booking.

2. Payment Terms

  • 2.1 Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated service cost is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment.

  • 2.2 Final Payment: The remaining balance of the service cost is due immediately upon completion of the services.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Understanding the unpredictability of schedules, we strive for flexibility. However, to ensure efficient operations:

  • 3.1 Advance Rescheduling: Clients are allowed one reschedule of the service without penalty, provided it is done at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.

  • 3.2 Second Rescheduling: A second attempt to reschedule, regardless of the timing, will be treated as a cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.

  • 3.3 Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

  • 3.4 No Show: Client agrees to ensure that the vehicle is accessible on the date of service, including availability of keys. Failure to provide access to the vehicle will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Modifications by Prestige Glow

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to staffing issues, inclement weather, or equipment failures.

5. Vehicle Access and Operation 

You grant Prestige Glow access to operate and relocate your vehicle as necessary for the completion of detailing services. Ensure that vehicle keys are accessible throughout the service duration.

6. Quality of Service

  • Service Goal: We aim to restore your vehicle to the best possible condition but do not guarantee restoration to its original or new condition.

  • Final Inspection: Upon completion of the service, a final inspection will be conducted with you to ensure satisfaction. Please report any dissatisfaction within 24 hours.

7. Liability for Damage

  • Damage Notification: While we are not liable for pre-existing damage, any new damage caused by our actions will be promptly reported to you.

  • Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any damage is limited to the total cost of the service rendered.

8. Feedback and Image Use

  • Feedback:  We encourage you to provide feedback by emailing hello@prestigeglow.com. Your insights are valuable to us.

  • Image Use: We may use images of your vehicle for marketing purposes and social media. No personal identifying information will be displayed.

9. Service Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue services if a client’s behavior is deemed inappropriate or unsafe to our staff, or for other substantial reasons as determined at our discretion.

10. Amendments

 This Agreement may be amended by Prestige Glow at any time, with all modifications documented in this section.

11. Acknowledgment By using our services, you acknowledge that specific results are not guaranteed and that all sales are final. Refunds or discounts are at the discretion of Prestige Glow LLC.

Acceptance of Agreement: By scheduling a service with Prestige Glow LLC, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
